This scorecard has been developed by Ad Esse Consulting Ltd who have 20-years experience working with organisations that have a social purpose to deliver sustainable performance improvement and transformations.

You’ll be scored against the following key areas:
The four categories represent the areas needed for successful change, if any one of these is weak or missing you will experience problems with your transformation.

Pressure for change
You need a clear 'why' for your transformation and this must be linked to a sense of urgency, or a 'burning platform' if you will.

Vision
The vision must have agreement and a common understanding throughout the organisation. Critically, the vision needs to be purpose focused.

Capacity for change
You need capacity from everyone in the organisation to make your transformation work, including expertise to guide and support you.

Actionable first steps
A coordinated realistic plan alongside quick wins, and a continuous improvement culture (because nothing is perfect first time).
